Feeling dirty about supporting McCain

Joe, The Non-Licensed Plumber, has apparently become disenchanted with his former sponsor, presidential wannabe, John McCain.

Politico.com reports:

“Joe Wurzelbacher lashed out Tuesday at former GOP presidential nominee John McCain, the man who made Wurzelbacher famous as “Joe the Plumber.”

Wurzelbacher told conservative radio host Glenn Beck that he felt “dirty” after “being on the campaign trail and seeing some of the things that take place.”

Recalling a conversation he had with McCain about the $700 billion financial industry bailout in September, Wurzelbacher said: “When I was on the bus with him, I asked him a lot of questions about the bailout because most Americans did not want that to happen.”

“I asked him some pretty direct questions,” he continued. “Some of the answers you guys are gonna receive — they appalled me, absolutely. I was angry. In fact, I wanted to get off the bus after I talked to him.”

Nice trick, Joe. Throwing McCain under the same bus you didn’t have the guts to get off of.

Yep. You’ll fit right in there with them thar Repugs.

i actually picked out nonnie as the name my nephew should call me, because i didn’t like how aunt donna sounded. well, the name stuck, just about everyone calls me that, and many years later, i found out that it was grandma in italian! ah, geez, i aged myself 20 years when i could have told my nephew to call me something else.

    p.s. don’t worry, i won’t hit you with a wooden spoon!

Hi: Nonnie (Same name as my maternal grandmother who helped raise me, her trusty wooden spoon always at hand!)

I was going to add to Joe– ‘Don’t let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya’, but with yours and Saita’s contributions, it gotten too hard to visualize…
