We’re not sure whether FireFox’s latest “fix” has fixed us in a way that sucks, or WordPress’ latest upgrade has fracked us somehow; but new posts aren’t showing up— and if you can see this one, you can’t tell us because comments have stopped working.
Anyway. We’ll get a digital doctor’s appointment to get to the bottom of it. In the mean time, we recommend getting the hell away from your computer and enjoy the outside world.
UPDATE: After inflicting severe head-banging on me all day yesterday, the friggin’ problem has disappeared. I don’t know why. Between FireFox crashing constantly and Word Press weirding out for no apparent reason, I want to douse’m both with lighter fluid and torch’em. But that would set off the smoke alarm, burn the building down, get ME fired, then I’d have to fight the insurance company, yada yada yada. I think I’ll eat an entire cheesecake instead.

We aren’t the only ones having problems with FF. See, e.g., here for dozens of complaints related to the failed plug in container message that I get, for instance. FF has got to know this is a big problem but so far they don’t seem to be acknowledging it
for the first time in weeks, usojo didn’t make my firefox crash. however, as soon as i clicked over here, my internets connection went down, and my cable tv went black for over and hour. i don’t know how that happened, but i suspect those russian spies had something to do with it.
Hmm. Just like the pain goes away when you finally make a doctor’s appointment, Comments fixed themselves during the night. WTF.
